The REO Department at Eco Properties consists of several field agents, a transaction coordinator, an HOA specialist, a property preservation coordinator, a billing coordinator, 7 REO listing agents, and 40 Buyer Agents. We provide a fresh look on marketing REO properties to potential buyers. We pride ourselves on being efficient and obtaining high grades with current Asset Managers while providing great customer service to anyone we come in contact with. Our philosophy is to maintain high standards to generate repeat business and to educate the purchasers of our REO inventory about remodeling their property in an Earth friendly, energy efficient manner.
We have a 24 hour turn around on all BPO orders, we assist our asset management companies with CFKs/evictions; all properties are thoroughly inspected and bids are obtained immediately for any needed repairs. All utilities are turned on in our name upon vacancy and rehabs are paid directly by our company. Properties are then marketed through local MLS, over 20 real estate related websites, and directly emailed to top agents in the area.
